Obituary of Ken Laidlaw

Laidlaw, with his wife and two daughters by his side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, April 7, 2011. Kenneth Wayne Laidlaw of New Sarum in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Pamela (Isaac) Laidlaw and loving father of Emileigh and Eliza Laidlaw. Dear brother of Linda Hartwell(Harry), Larry "Whitey" Laidlaw(Joanne) and Marion Morneault(John) and brother-in-law of Jeff Isaac(Cindy), Kimberly O'Grady(Sean) and Kevin Isaac(Lisa). Also survived are two daughters from a previous marriage, Karen Laidlaw, Kathy Richardson (Steve) and grandchildren Brooke, Jacob and Mitchell. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Donald Laidlaw. Born in Aylmer on August 19, 1940, son of the late Scotty and Helen (Blashill) Laidlaw. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be held from 12:30 until service time. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Norman Jones, officiating.
