My heart goes out to everyone in the Anger Family. You have all been in my thoughts and prayers. I am very touched that my son was in a few of Russ's facebook pictures. My son enjoyed every minute of when those pictures were taken. Russ was a very caring and thoughtful person who was never afraid to offer or extend a hand to anyone and not think twice about doing it. He will be missed. My condolences to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hadn't seen Russ in quite some time but his name always put a smile on my face. I'm smiling right now just remembering how he was the only one that still insisted on calling me by my childhood nickname. Russ will be deeply missed. Dear Julie and Family, I was very saddened to hear of Russels passing. He was a great guy, truly a genuine person. Although many years have passed and our lives can take us in different directions, there are a few people who stand out as special and Russel was that for sure. Tonight we said goodbye, but it's not forever my dear friend, because we will meet again. You have such a beautiful loving family and meeting them tonight made me see where you got your loving heart. I will miss our coffee runs during the intermission @ the smokers and our lil breaks ;) lol, our 8am breakfasts in St Thomas, and our great times watching the fights @ DJ's with your cup of tea. You were my first friend at Adrenaline besides the boys and you touched my heart immediatly. Everytime I think of you I will have a smile on my face :) Love & God Bless ♥

I'm terribly sorry for the loss of your brother and my great friend Russ. He was quite a character as you already know, and has left us all with many memories and stories to tell. I know I have hundreds of stories about Russ, and every time I tell one, whoever's around has a good laugh. Russ will never be forgotten, but always missed. I wasn't close to Russ going up, but when I was living in St. Thomas I workedout at the YMCA and so was Russ and we would walk on treadmills side by side and I got to know my dear cousin we would walk on those things for a hour so I really enjoyed that time I got to spread with him, and just lately we where talking on facebook and we exchanged encouragement. I feel very sad for losing a very dear friend and cousin, but I know he is no longer is pain will miss the way he would say Love you girl. I will see you again Russ Love Cousin Lori

Dear Cousins: I am sitting here, knowing that whatever I write won't take away the pain and emptiness that you all must be feeling. No one can replace a brother or sister. Only memories can keep them in your hearts. I am one who does have good memories of Russell. I always thought it was great that he was named after my Dad. That made him extra special. We were all so saddened when he had his early accident and we can only imagine all the suffering he went through. The last time he came to the family picnic, it was so great to see him. The fact that he has gone through so much suffering, is heart breaking. We hope that he knew how much we were all thinking of him. He wasn't alone when he was born and thankfully not alone when he passed on. Bless him. Thinking of you all. Dear Family: We can remember how happy we were to hear of Russell's birth. He was named after his 'Uncle Russell' and we were surely honoured to have a nephew named after him. He always had a special place in our hearts. We were pleased to hear that Russ had reached a level of contentment with his life and was enjoying what it had to offer. However, we were sorry to hear that Russell had such a struggle healthwise in the past few months. Knowing that Russ was not alone in his passing gives us some form of comfort. I am so sorry to hear about Russell. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Russell made many friends throughout the years and had a way about him that he could make anyone around him feel special.
