Obituary of Marjorie Smith

Smith, at her residence on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Marjorie Doreen Smith of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer and formerly a longtime resident of Port Bruce in her 106th year. Beloved wife of the late Walter Smith(1979). Dear mother of Larry and wife Kay of Windsor. Loving grandmother of Michael and fiancé Susy and Jeff and wife Amanda. Great grandmother of Natasha, Bryanna, Hailey and Emma. Also survived by a number of nieces. Predeceased by a sister Nellie and brothers George and Cliff Wonnacott. Born in Port Stanley on April 14, 1905 daughter of the late Loran and Edith (Sherrie) Wonnacott. Marjorie was Past Worthy Matron of Verdun Chapter #36- Order of the Eastern Star. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Norman Jones, officiating.
