Dear sister of David Birtwell and wife Emily of Alberta, Joseph Birtwell and wife Amanda of Milton and Kathryn Birtwell of London. Born in Tillsonburg, Ontario on September 19, 1978. Rachel had been employed at Youth for Christ. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Friday September 17, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Flesherton Cemetery. Rev.
