Obituary of Cyril Minor

Minor, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Cyril Minor of Aylmer in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Agnes (Thompson) Minor(2003). Dear father to Vaughan Minor of Burlington and Mark Minor and wife Judy of Aylmer. Loving grandfather of Elesha, Daryl, Kelly, Marisa and Lindsay and great grandfather of Logan and Kadence. Also survived by sisters-in-law Lucretia "Benny" Gingell of Maryland, Marion Ruth Thompson of Aylmer and a brother-in-law Ed Thompson of R.R.4, Aylmer. Predeceased by brothers Dick, Clayton and Jack Minor. Born in St. Thomas Ontario on March 31, 1916 son of the late Harvey and Bessie (Walters) Minor. Cyril worked at Aylmer Tire for many years. He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and the Terrace Lodge Aux. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
