Even as the second oldest of all the Aunts and Uncles, Aunt Mary had the youngest, most jovial spirit of all.
As a child you held such magic and mystique for me. Upon reflection, you may have been my earliest inspiration for taking the road less travelled. Thank you for being unapologetically you.

I always remember Mary in a loving sweet way, I really looked up to her. I wish I would have told her how much her kindness meant to me. She was always willing to help anyone in trouble or that needed a hand. I was 17 and she was 26 when she let me stay at her apartment in Thilsonburg for a month or so. She fed me and sheltered me and got me a job at an auto plant. I'll never forget her kindness to me. I had planned on visiting her every time I came to Canada, but never got to that area. To the entire Zacharias family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you so much this week, and they will continue. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Mary was my first cousin. Although, distance had separated us for many, many years, she remains close in my heart. Mary went home to be with her Father, and she will suffer no more. She is in God's hands. I remember waiting hours for you to be ready to come over for a family dinner...then going to get you...the excitement was almost too much for a kid to handle...When you saw me, your face would light up, and your arms wrap around me in a bear-hug so tight, I thought I'd pass out. I miss those hugs, your laugh...and helping with your cross-word puzzles. Thank you for inspiring me to read, to try new things, and to expand my world. I'm sorry I didn't tell you enough that I Love you, and that I didn't get to know you better. I will miss you terribly...but I'm glad part of you will still be here, in Aaron. Sleep well...

I worked with Mary at Presstran for couple of years and I can't believe she is not with us anymore! She was very helpful and dedicated person. She was always worried abot her Mom. I feel very sorry and sad today. RIP Mary.
