Thomson, at Chateau Gardens, Aylmer on Wednesday,June 9, 2010. Alan Albert Thomson of Oakville in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Gwyneth M.(Evans) Thomson. Dear father of Andrew Thomson, David Thomson and Christopher Thomson and wife Catherine. Loved by his grandchildren Stephanie and husband J.P., Andrew and wife Tanya, Russell, Garrett and Myfanwy. Great grandfather of Gwyneth and brother of Stan Thomson and Edna Philpotts. Predeceased by a daughter-in-law Cecille. Born in Exeter, England on July 29, 1925 son of the late Cuthbert and Elsie (Wills) Thomson. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in Glen Oaks Cemetery, Oakville at a later date.
