Obituary of Salinda Hoover

Hoover, Salinda of Richmond, Ontario, passed away quietly at home, after a time of illness, on Wednesday May 12, 2010, at the age of 65 years. She was born on September 9, 1944 at Hawkesville, Ontario, to the late Noah and Rebecca (Bowman) Martin. She will be greatly missed by Cleason Hoover, her husband of 43 years, by her children, Rachel, Magdalena, Lovisa (Dean Hoover), Solomon (Jo-Anna), Nancy (Peter Martin), Hannah (Murray Wagler), and Tobias (Donna), as well as by her nineteen grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Salinda always helped wherever she could, and will be remembered for being a faithful care-giver to Don Consitt, who had many special needs. Visitation will be held at H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home at Aylmer, on Thursday and Friday, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services at the Aylmer Old Colony Mennonite Church, Dingle Street, Aylmer, on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Internment at Richmond Cemetery.
