Obituary of James MAC Berdan

Berdan, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, April 09, 2010. James "Mac" Berdan of St. Thomas in his 82nd year. Dear brother of Howard Berdan of Lindsay, Fred Berdan and wife Shirley of London, Donald Berdan and wife Rose of Aylmer, Jack Berdan and wife Myrtle of St.George N.B., Lena Upthegrove of California and Aleta Mills of Calgary A.B. Also survived by a sister-in-law Gladys Berdan of Exeter and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Wilber, Wilfred, sisters: Marion, Donna and Marie and a sister in-law Phyllis. Born in Springfield Ontario on January 29, 1929 son of the late Hugh and May (McTaggart) Berdan. Mac was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in St.Thomas. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday April 17, 2010 at 11:00 am. Interment, Springfield Cemetery. Rev. Phil Butler, officiating.
