Obituary of Lena Van Doorselaer

Van Doorselaer, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Lena J. Van Doorselaer of St. Thomas in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Leon Van Doorselaer(1966). Dear mother of Robert Van Doorselaer and wife Lynda of London and the late Leona Ward(2009). She will be sadly missed by her son-in-law Ron Ward of R.R.4, Aylmer, grandchildren Leigh Ann Van Doorselaer(Dave), Sean Van Doorselaer(Robyn), Pat Spicer(Dave), Ken Ward(Wendy), Chris Ward(Robin), great grandchildren Jamie, Jack, Tanya, Troy, Amber, Ryan, Rachael, Greg and Mitchell, great-great grandchildren Owen, Connor and Aiden. Born in Alphonse Manitoba on August 10, 1913. Lena was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows and Holy Angels Catholic Churches where she was an active member of the Catholic Womens League. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 11:00 am. at Our Lady of Sorrows R.C.
