Ward, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, December 14, 2009. Leona Marie Ward of Aylmer in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Ronald Ward. Dear mother of Pat Spicer and husband Dave of R.R.4, Aylmer, Ken Ward and wife Wendy of St. Thomas and Christopher Ward and wife Robin of St. Thomas. Loving grandmother of Tanya, Troy, Amber, Ryan, Rachael, Greg and Mitchell and great-grandmother of Owen, Connor and Aiden. Also survived by a brother Robert VanDoorselaer and wife Lynda of London. Born in Howard Township, Kent Co. on July 15, 1932 daughter of Lena (VanPottelberghe) VanDoorselaer of St.Thomas and late Leon VanDoorselaer. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church, Aylmer on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 11:00 am.
