Willsey, peacefully at Marion Villa, London on Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Edna Willsey of London and formerly of Crossley Hunter in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Clarence Willsey(2003). Dear mother of Marvin Willsey and wife Linda of R.R.#1 Belmont, John Willsey and his wife Marilyn of Stratford, Roy Willsey and wife Marilyn of R.R.#1 Belmont, Joyce Cottrell and husband Jim of Tillsonburg, Jean Evert and friend Ron Barker of R.R.#1 Belmont, Susanne Willsey and husband Ed Rossol of Belmont, Myrna Hamilton and husband Philip of R.R.#7 Aylmer, Brenda Minor and husband Rick of Aylmer. Sister of Herbert Charlton and his wife Margaret and Vera Jones. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Charlton. Loving grandmother of Kim, Karie, Laurie, Janis, John, Paul, Alison, April, Jonathan, Brad, Craig, Amanda, Tamara, Sarah, Aaron, Tammy, Natasha and Arielle and their partners. Also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and a number of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Ansel Charlton, a granddaughter Meredith and a grandson Jason. Born in South Dorchester Township on May 3, 1921 daughter of the late John and Luveda (Brown) Charlton. Edna was a longstanding member of the Mapelton Church of Christ Disciples and the Women's Missionary Society. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m and at the church one hour prior to the service. The funeral service will be held at the Springfield Baptist Church on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Janet Anstead, officiating.
