Obituary of Lena Dyck

Dyck, at Chateau Gardens, Aylmer on Tuesday September 1, 2009. Lena Guenther Dyck of Aylmer in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Klaas Dyck. Dear mother of Sarah Sawatzky, Helena Thiessen and husband John, Aganetha Reimer and husband Jacob, Klaas Dyck and wife Gertrudiz, Maria Braun and husband John, Anna Friesen and John Dyck. Sister of John, Isaac, Pete and Margaret. She will be sadly missed by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren nieces and nephews. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on August 30, 1916, daughter of the late Johann and Sarah (Guenther) Martens. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Aylmer on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
