Obituary of Michael Nasswetter

Nasswetter, at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Michael Nasswetter of R.R.6, Aylmer in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Katharina Nasswetter(1979). Dear father of Michael Nasswetter and wife Roberta of Montreal and John Nasswetter and wife Laurel of R.R.#1, Vienna. Loving grandfather of Stefan Nasswetter, Katie Abernathy and husband Mike and John Nasswetter. Step-brother to Martin Nasswetter and wife Elizabeth of Austria. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Johann Nasswetter and a sister Maria Pfingstgraef. Born in Waltersdorf Romania on November 30, 1915 son of the late Michael and Maria (Prall) Nasswetter. Mike came to Canada in 1951 and grew tobacco. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Friday at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 11:00 am.
