There is a candle lit in my heart for you that will shine until the day I pass on and join you. I hope that peace has enveloped your soul and you are in a good place. Look down on us often, we know you will always be here with us in spirit. XOXOXOX

Thinking of you always, every day. Shelley and I have reconnected and I feel closer to you than ever. I miss you. I am sorry I allowed so much time to pass and then it was too late. I understand the emptiness, as I carry it now. You are forever in our hearts, will never be forgotten. One day, we will meet again...so much love and thoughts of you.

Dear Lorrie: I wish so much that I could be there tommorrow, at your memorial service. I am longing to hear the words of those who knew you and learn about the woman you were. I never got to meet you but I will carry you in my heart always. Time is so precious and I took for granted the fleeting moments. I am so sorry and my heart goes out to your family. I am grateful you were amongst people who made you so happy. I know you knew how much you were loved.

Lorrie was a great teacher for the CLC class. She would always put the students first. She would skip eating lunch or reduce her allowed time to just be the members of the class. Whenever I went in , Lorrie would have made certain that any photocopy work was done for the day. Sometimes she would copy other work for other teachers who seemed to be rushed or did not have the time. YOU will be missed by all of us. John Forsdike

My deepest sympathy is extended to the family and extended family of Lori. She always spoke of how proud she was of all her children. Mike she spoke of you often and related how proud she was of you and your talent and all that you have become. How she enjoyed teaching in the CLC room. I can't remember any time that she did not have a smile to share. She fought a long and difficult battle and I know your hearts are filled with sorrow. May your memories keep you strong and close as a family. Chris Rainsforth Teacher East Elgin Secondary School
