Dakins, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, June 26, 2009. Barbara Louise Dakins of Aylmer in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Ronald Dakins. Dear mother of Larry Dakins of London, Dorothy Dakins of London, Wendy Stafford and husband Dan of St.Thomas. Reg Dakins of Aylmer and Laura Manners of St.Thomas. Dear grandmother of Joey, Christopher, Kenny, Amber and Crystal. Also survived by three great grandchildren. Sister of Reta Hubley of London and Greta Hopper and friend Ivan Speiran of Denfield. Predeceased by brothers Bill and Don and sisters Edith and Lenore. Best friend of Deniece Lounsbury of Corinth. Born in London Ontario on March 05, 1936, daughter of the late Benjamin and Minnie (Edwards) Woodley. Barb had lived in Aylmer most of her life. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer, 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm Monday where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 30 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Henry Hildebrandt, officiating.
