Bearss, at her residence on Friday, June 12, 2009. Violet Annie Bearss of Valleyview Home, St. Thomas and formerly a longtime resident of Springfield in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Harry Bearss. Dear mother of Carl and wife Jeanne of Calgary, Ron and wife Donna of Springfield, Dan and wife Cathy of Springfield, Glenn and wife Penny of R.R.#2, Springfield and Connie DePhillippeaux of London. Predeceased by her son-in-law Bob DePhillippeaux. She will be sadly missed by 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Born in Cornith on October 30, 1916 daughter of the late Harry and Elva May (Hawley) Thompson. Violet was a member of the Springfield Baptist Church. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on , Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Interment, Springfield Cemetery.
