Obituary of Theresa Pierce

Pierce, at Grand Wood Park Retirement Home, London on Tuesday June 2, 2009. Theresa Mary Pierce of London and formerly Aylmer in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Dr Leonard Ross Pierce (2005). Dear mother of Stephen Pierce of Calgary and Rosemary and husband Dave Goodchild of London. Loved by her grandchildren Kristin, Sarah, Rebecca and Jason Pierce and Sean Goodchild. Predeceased by her sister Eleanor Given. Born in Parkhill, Ontario on March 25, 1922; the daughter of the late John and Sarah (McCormick) Ziler. Terry was a retired Registered Nurse but she always said "once a nurse, always a nurse." Terry was proud to be a loving wife and mother. Terry lived in Aylmer for 27 years and was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and the Catholic Women's League. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday June 5, 10-11 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Father Joseph Nevett, officiating.
