Obituary of Peter Anstead

Anstead, Peter a resident of London passed away at St.Joseph's Hospice, London on Wednesday August 2, 2017. He was 87. Beloved husband of Diana (Bowyer)Anstead. Dear Father of Chris Anstead(Lynn), Janet Anstead, Terry Anstead(Jeanni) and Susan Anstead. Loved by his grandchildren Eric Anstead(Stephanie), Sarah Anstead, Connor Anstead, Ella Seetoo-Ronk and Zac Seetoo-Ronk. Great grandfather of MacKenzie Claire Anstead. Predeceased by a brother James and sisters Molly, Marjorie, Ethel and Barbara. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews in England, Canada and Australia. Born in Uckfield, England on November 20, 1929, the son of the late Herbert James and Florence Grace (Stammers) Anstead. Peter was an accountant and had served in the British Army. He served in Greece and Egypt. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Service will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday, August 9 at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
