Thompson, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, May 11, 2009. Harry Allan "Budd" Thompson of Aylmer in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Margaret (Wilson) Thompson. Dear father of Ron Thompson and wife Tracey, Jim Thompson and wife Loretta and Beth Thompson all of Aylmer. Loved by his grandchildren, Amy(Cory), Jennifer, Jesse(Shannon), Evan(Katherine), Janice and Kyle. Brother of Norma Simpson, Ruth Shearer and husband Ross, Joanne Beacom and husband Allen. Brother-in-law of Edy Thompson. Predeceased by a sister Ruby Davis, brothers Jim and Jack Thompson, brothers-in-law Leonard Davis, Ken Simpson, Don and Gord Wilson and a sister-in-law Bette Wilson. Born in Windsor on April 21, 1929 son of the late Emerson and Helen (Harvey) Thompson. Budd retired as an Independent Grader for the Ontario Flue Cured Tobacco Growers Marketing Board. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church, Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion and Malahide Masonic Lodge # 140. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Don Graham, officiating.
