Van Camp, Bertha of Springfield passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late John Van Camp(1988). Dear mother of Thea Ostrosser(Kavin) of Springfield and Jackie Moore(Bill) of Springfield. Loving grandmother of Jenna(Corey), Tara(Dino), Mikaela, Zach(Michaela) and Leah.Great-grandmother of Cohen. Sister of Annie Versteegen, Jacqueline Jacobs(Theo) and Josephine Bangarth(Dan). Also survived by in-laws Thea, Rita, Paula and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Tony, Hank, Joseph, a sister Marie, brothers-in-law Koos, Ray and Jules. Born in Boxmeer, The Netherlands on November 10, 1929, daughter of the late Jacobus G. "Jack" and Hendrika (Smits) Hermans. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday July 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows, Roman Catholic Church on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 10:00 am.
