Provoost, Mary J. of Heritage Place, Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, May 21, 2017 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Provoost(1998). Dear mother of Fran Provoost, Peter Provoost(Mary), Nick Provoost(Theresa), Sandra Dingman, Anne-Marie Woods(Mark) and Christy Provoost. Dear sister of Geurt Buis(Janny), Ben Buis(Nel), Minnie Chapman, Mina Huizing. Sister-in-law of Nelly and Sadie. Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren nieces and nephews. Born in Nuenen, The Netherlands on May 23, 1926, daughter of the late Nicholas and Francyna (VanHelvoort) Buis. Predeceased by brothers Nick and Richard Buis, sisters Jenny Driesman and Jane Greer. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Christian Reformed Church on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 11:00 am.
