VanderMolen, peacefully at his residence on Thursday, April 16, 2009. Oene VanderMolen of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Agatha (Hoffer) VanderMolen. Dear father of Anne Taylor of Guelph, Marilyn Whaley of Aylmer, John VanderMolen and wife Shelley of London, Ron VanderMolen and wife Sue of Sault Ste. Marie, Pauline Hoogheim of Aylmer and Mike VanderMolen of St. Thomas. Brother of Ed VanderMolen and wife Elly , Aukje Groenewoud and husband Ab, Siese VanderMolen and wife Alie. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a granddaughter Jennifer Whaley and a brother Volkert VanderMolen. Born in the Netherlands on March 23, 1929 son of the late John and Anne (DeBoer) VanderMolen. Oene had worked at Carnation Milk and the Aylmer Dairy. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Friday at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrws R.C. Church on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
