Obituary of Ron Ward

Ward, Ronald Ray at Chateau Gardens, Aylmer on Thursday, July 12, 2012 in his 81st year. Beloved husnand of Joyce (Holditch) Ward and dear father of Beverly Perry(Barry Anderson) of Straffordville, Susan Brown(Hugh) of Aylmer, Terry Ward(Tracy) of Red Deer Alberta, Cathy Ward(Dave Stradeski)Aylmer and Pat Malo(John) of Chatham. Brother of Ken Ward(Mary) and Nola Redmond. Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and one great great grandchild. Predeceased by a brother Cleon Ward and a sister Verna Martin and a grandson Chad Perry. Born in Bayham Township on January 6, 1932 son of the late William and Audrey (Rayson) Ward. Ron grew tobacco until 1977 when he moved to Chatham where he was manager of Kerr Beef Farms. He was a member of the Chatham Optimist Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 11:00 am. Cremation with interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
