Dear Bob, Jackie, and families: I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's accident and passing. You brought your Dad to Mom's visitation in Nov, Bob and he was just as I remember him when I was a kid, when we saw your family at Aylmer or at our farm or at Grandma's farm just down the road. I saw him in Springfield a couple of times in more recent times. The Esseltine cousins are spread out all over Canada and in the States like you are Jackie. My Dad and your Uncle Dick is the last one of that generation and he was so pleased you brought your Dad to visit just before he fell. Don and I are inTillsonburg right now to see Dad. We never know when the last visit will be. I'll always remember your Dad with a smile on his face. He was such a nice uncle. Carolyn

We are very sorry for your loss. Bob was a great neighbour and will be missed a lot. We will miss our talks and his friendly smile. I remember when he befriended a squirrel and would carry it on his shoulders. It was so cute my kids will always remember it. thanks for the great memories Bob.

Very sorry for your family's loss. I know how hard it is to loose a parent no matter how it occurs. I am a distant cousin through Olive Esseltine's family line. Olive's sister Shirley was married to my great Uncle Clarence Cole who passed away in 2015. Her brother Dick and Clare were very good friends in their younger years. They were also distant cousins through the Cole, Dillon connection on the Esseltine line AND the Dennis, Wintermute, Neff connection on the Williams line. Small world. Take comfort in you memories.
