Obituary of Pastor Peter Dyck

Dyck, After a short battle with cancer at his residence on Sunday, March 29, 2009. Pastor Peter L. Dyck of Aylmer in his 76th year. Peter was born on May 26, 1933 in Rosengard Chihuahua Mexico son of the late Abram and Margaretha (Loewen) Dueck. Beloved husband of Margaretha (Knelsen) Dyck. Peter touched many people's lives in the Aylmer area. He worked at Clarke Equipment for many years. Peter was a deacon and pastor in the Aylmer Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church. He worked at the Mennonite Community store for a number of years. Dear father of Margaretha and husband Abe Harder of Aylmer, Abe Dyck and wife Helen of Aylmer, Tina and husband Bill Wiebe of Seminole Texas, Bill Dyck of Aylmer, Nancy and husband Lyndon Krahn of Gruenthal Manitoba, Pedro Dyck and wife Anita of Straffordville, John Dyck and wife Ladine of Blumenort Manitoba, Helena and husband Bill Harder of Aylmer. Loved by 16 grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Aganetha Friesen of Aylmer, 6 step siblings and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Susana Froese. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the E.M.M.C Summers Corners on Wednesday April 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
