Aviss, at his residence on Sunday, March 22, 2009. Robert Stanley Aviss of Parkwood Hospital, London and formerly of Aylmer in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Robins) Aviss(2006). Dear father of Bob Aviss and wife Pat of St. Thomas. Loving grandfather of Tim Aviss, Chris Aviss and wife Sasha, Jeff Aviss and wife Camilla and great-grandfather to Quinn, Paige, Aidan and Carter. Brother to Leonard Aviss, Hugh Aviss and wife Pam, Elsie Garton and husband Lloyd and Lois Aviss. Predeceased by a brother Henry and a sister Dorothy Mae. Born in Malahide Township on September 26, 1922. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Aylmer Baptist Church on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Cam Watts, officiating. Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion would be appreciated.
