Obituary of Dorothy Welter

Welter, Dorothy Maude of Springfield passed away at her home on Monday, January 9, 2017 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Percy Welter(1989). Dear mother of Rob Peters of St. Thomas, Mary Peters of Aylmer, Brenda Plowright, Susan Sawatzky(Neil) of St. Thomas. Also survived by a sister Mary Newland (Pressey), a brother John Brown(Elaine) sons-in-law Gilles Therrien and Les Gurr, a daughter-in-law Carol Berdan and number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sons Gerry and Tom Peters, daughters Jean Therrien and Margaret Gurr, brother Bob Brown. Born in Oxford County on June 27, 1930, daughter of the late Clifford and Bessie (Starkey Bagnall) Brown. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment, Springfield Cemetery.
