Parker, Donna of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday January 1, 2017 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Murray Smithson (1973) and the late Carl Parker (2011). Dear mother of Mark Smithson (Annie) of Dundas and Calvin Smithson of Ottawa. Step-mother of Brenda Swindell (Ron) of Lucan and Brian Parker of Kagawong. Loved by her grandchildren Candy(Dean) and Charity(Jay). Great grandmother of Corey, Blaine, Parker, Blake, Reg, Grant and Faith. Sister of Shirley Helmer and Ethel Williams and Robert Meharg.Predeceased by sisters Mary Lou Spooner and Geraldine Kirk. Donna was a hairdresser. Born in Bayham Township Ontario on January 4,1930 , daughter of the late Lloyd and Lena (Bambach) Meharg. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday from 7-9 pm. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday January 7, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment, of cremated remains Aylmer Cemetery.
