Scanlan, Evelyn of Aylmer passed away at Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Sturart Best Scanlan (1984). Dear mother of Lucille Fenn(Richard) of Tillsonburg and Louise Liddle(late Stuart) of Aylmer. Loving grandmother of Rod Liddle(Karyn), Rhonda Clark(Dana), Veronica van Ham(Jack), David Fenn, Mark Fenn(Jenn) and Matt Fenn(Linda). Great grandmother of Austin, Taffyn (Elizabeth), Tiffany(Matt), Brayden, Kyle, Andrew, Thea, Johnny and a great great grand son Chace. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a great great granddaughter Quynn Marie a nephew Albert Scanlan and brothers Murray, Milton and twin brother James Legg. Born in South Dorchester Twp., Ontario on April 26, 1921 daughter of the late Samuel and Opal (Baker) Legg. A graveside service was held in the Aylmer Cemetery on Saturday, October 1, 2016.
