Hide, John of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (McQuiggan) Hide. Dear father of Lu Ann Gamble (Albert) of Lyons, Jill Bond (Scott) of Lyons and Kirk Hide (Jody ) of RR1, Belmont. Loving grandfather of Kalin, Devin(Jessica), Dale, Sydney and great-grandfather of Joshua. Also survived by a sister Betty Hide, a brother Harold Hide and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Margaret Charlton. Born in North Dorchester Township on September 27, 1925, son of the late Frederick and Alma (Taylor) Hide. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment, Dorchester Union Cemetery.
