Obituary of Muriel Ball

Ball, peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Muriel Josephine Ball of Lake of Bays (recently of Peterborough-Lakefield) in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late John Stearne Ball(1988). Dear mother of Linda Cool and husband Kevin of Barrie, Kristine Atkinson and husband James of Peterborough and Ian Ball and wife Lynn of Barrie. Loving grandmother of Derek Cool, John Cool, Tyler Atkinson and wife Meghan, Ryan Atkinson, Jarrod Atkinson, Jillian Ball and Adena Ball. Also survived by sister Eleanor White of Tillsonburg, 2 nephews and 2 nieces. Born in Harrietsville Ontario on October 17, 1922, daughter of the late Wilbert J. and Adena (Malpass) Facey. Muriel was a resident of Huntsville and Lake of Bays from 1972 - 2003. Muriel was active with the United Church and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. For 20 years she wintered in Sarasota Florida. The funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, 119 Talbot St. E., Aylmer on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 2:00 pm. with visitation one hour prior. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev.
