Obituary of Laura Prouse

Prouse, Laura Lee of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in her 55th year. Dear mother of Stephen Smith of Aylmer, Jill Weston (Shawn) of Woodstock, Timothy Smith of St.Thomas, Cory Smith of Aylmer, Craig Smith of Saskatoon SK. and Jeffrey Prouse of Rochester, NewYork Loved by her grandchildren Katlyn, Kyle, Hailey, Heather, Colton and Shaylee. Beloved daughter of Marilyn Hicks of Tillsonburg and the late Duane Hicks(2003). Sister of Cathy Lamb (Howie) and Duane Hicks (Deidre). Grandaughter of Rose Smith. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Laura was born in Tillsonburg on July 25, 1961 and lived in Aylmer most of her life where she had been a hairdresser. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held in Aylmer Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 4:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
