Obituary of Royden Hepburn

Hepburn, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday December 14, 2008. Royden Hepburn of R.R.# 3 St. Thomas passed away with family and friends by his side, in his 68th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Lou Hepburn (2006). Dear father of Karlene O'Connor and husband Don of St.Thomas, Kathy DeCorte and husband Murray of R.R.# 2 St.Thomas, Karen Dopp of R.R.# 3 St.Thomas and Karl Hepburn and wife Tammy Lynn of R.R.# 3 St.Thomas. Dear friend of Myrna Drummond and her family Carl Drummond and Carletta Slaght and their families. Loved by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Brother of Teresa Hepburn of Sprucedale Ont., and brother-in-law of Margaret Wilder of Victoria B.C. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Yarmouth Township Ontario on January 26, 1941, son of the late Avery "Dutch" and Velma (Gard) Hepburn. Royden was a member of the Traveling Cavaliers Motor Home Club, a life member of the St.Thomas Optimist Club and a member of the Aylmer Bowling Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 17, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Phil Butler of New Sarum Baptist Church, officiating.
