Obituary of Peter Driedger
Driedger, Rev. Peter of Extendicare, Port Stanley, and formerly of Culloden Road near Corinth, passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in his 83rd year. He was the beloved husband of Aganetha (Fehr) Driedger and loving father of Nettie Driedger of Tillsonburg, Peter Driedger (Annie) of Richmond, Sarah Martin of Tillsonburg, John Driedger (Anne) of Langton, Helen Bergen (Menno) of R.R. 5 St. Thomas, Jake Driedger (Eva) of R.R. 4 Aylmer, Willy Driedger (Anne) of Delhi and Tina Wall (Albert) of R.R.2 Springfield. He was the dear brother of Helen Fehr of Cambridge and is also survived by 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sons Abe Driedger and Frank Driedger and a sister Margaret Froese. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on June 27, 1933. Peter was a farmer and worked at Imperial Tobacco for many years. He was also a minister at the Old Colony Mennonite Church. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral services will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Aylmer on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 3:00 pm. Interment at the Old Colony Mennonite Cemetery.
