Obituary of Gloryann Sollner

Sollner (Platteeuw), Gloryann Marie of Belmont passed away, with her family by her side, after a brave and courageous fight with cancer, at home on Monday April 4, 2016 in her 48th year. Beloved wife of Keith Sollner. Loving mother of Jolene and Hailey Sollner at home. Beloved daughter of Eric and Maria (Baertsoen) Platteeuw. Dear sister of Marlene Davey of Ancaster and Rosemarie Robilliard (Dan) of St.Thomas. Aunt of Jason Davey(Jenn), Jenae Davey(Ross), Janelle Davey (Matt), Jocelyn Davey, Jessica Davey, and Eric Robilliard. Sister-in-law of Brenda Wilcox(Todd). Adored daughter-in-law of Carl and Sandy McLeod. Predeceased by her father-in-law Keith Sollner (1999). Gloryann will be dearly missed by great nephews Elliott and Jason Jr, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada, Belgium, France and U.S.A. Dear friend of Glen and Peggy. She will also be missed by her extended family at the March of Dimes Canada and the B.A.D. Girls Hockey Association. Born in St. Thomas Ontario on May 27, 1968. Gloryann graduated from St.Joseph's High School in St.Thomas and earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. She was the Employment Services Program Manager at the Ontario March of Dimes in London. The proud manager of Jolene's Peewee C B.A.D. Girls Hockey Team; biggest fan of Hailey's Novice B.A.D. Girls Hockey Team. Friends may call at the H. A.Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 7-9 pm and Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers 5:00 pm Thursday. The funeral Mass will be at St. Anne's Catholic Church, St.Thomas on Friday April 8, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery, Aylmer. Donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation or March of Dimes Canada would be appreciated.
