Obituary of Eileen Jordan

Jordan, Patricia Ilene "Eileen" of Aylmer . Surrounded by her family, Eileen passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Saturday February 6, 2016 in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Henry Jordan (1997). Dear mother of Pat Schned and husband David and Ed Jordan and wife Debbie. Loving grandmother to Erin(Brian), Michael (Sierra), Dayna (Chevy), and Edward (Caitlin). Beloved "G.G." to great grandaughters Hannah and Claire. Eileen will be missed by a large number of extended family and friends-far too many to mention. Special thank you to Dr. Khan and the incredible nurses in Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Hospital. Their exceptional and compassionate care of both Eileenand her family is deeply appreciated. They are truly angels walking among us. Mom you are forever and always in our hearts. Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday February 10 at Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer. Parish prayers at 4:00 pm. The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday February 11 at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, Aylmer.
