Obituary of John Drabick

Drabick, peacefully surrounded by his family at London Health Science Centre-Westminster on Sunday, October 26, 2008. William John Drabick of R.R.#1 Belmont in his 72nd year. Went to be with the love of his life the late Frances (Turnbull) Drabick(2007). Loving father of Shelley (Drabick) Greene and husband Brad of Belmont, Dave Drabick and wife Christine of Dorchester, Ron Drabick and wife Rose of Belmont. Loving grandfather of Walter and wife Melaine, Nancy and husband Dan, Kendra Tanner, Troy, Justin, Cody and Mikaela. Great-grandfather of Kyla. Brother-in-law of Barb Drabick, Allan and Thelma Turnbull, Earl Turnbull, Shirley & Doug Vout, Mary (Turnbull) Smith, Eleanor Turnbull, Jack Shapton, Al Rice, Don and Mary Turnbull. Missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Stan Drabick and a sister Frances Baker. Born in South Dorchester Township on November 19, 1936 son of the late Peter and Bernice (Walzack) Drabick. He lived his entire life on the farm at R.R.#1 Belmont. John was a past Noble Grand of Springfield Ark. Lodge #404 I.O.O.F He was a heavy equipment operator. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
