Obituary of Robert Morris

Morris, Robert L. a resident of Aylmer and formerly Tilbury. Bob passed away quietly at St.Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday January 27, 2016 from a complication after surgery. Predeceased by his wife Edna (1998). Survived by his partner and best friend Noreen Phillips; brother Dave (Ann Syme) of London, nephew Steven Morris of Tillsonburg, niece Shelley Morris of Mississauga. Surviving cousins Glenda Nagy (late Joe) and son Ryan of Aylmer; Lynda Skuta (Rick) and son Dale of Chandersville, Ohio and John Morris (Barbi), daughter Cailin and son Dustin of Belmont. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on October 14, 1943, son of the late James Morris and Marion (Haycock) Morris. Bob was a district representative for National Grocers. He was a Past President of the Tilbury Lions Club, Treasurer of the Tilbury Legion and for fourteen years Santa Claus of the Tilbury Christmas parade. Cremation has taken place.
