Heffren, Marion Marguerite at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in her in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert James Heffren(1994). Dear mother of Marilyn Prong(Rick) of Aylmer, Marianne Howe(Jim) of R.R.1, Aylmer and Susanne Heffren of Aylmer. Sister to Charles Stafford(Sophia), Helen Melville(Verne), Karl Stafford( Margaret). Also survived by sister-in-law Michele Stafford, a brother-in-law Aub Redman, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons James and Richard Heffren, a grandson Rob Prong, a brother Fred Stafford, a sister Shirley Redman. Born in Malahide Township on November 17, 1934, daughter of the late Colin and Marguerite (Clunas) Stafford. Marion was an avid card player and gardener. She enjoyed many summers at her cottage on Smith Bay. Marion was member of Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion, the Terrace Lodge Aux., the Order of the Eastern Star and the Aylmer Optimist Club Ladies. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11:00 am.
