Frank was always busy - but always had time for others. Whether it was raising money for area children, food for the hungry or just a pleasant word for everyone - Frank always had time. Thank you Frank.

I took worked with Frank at the OPC. He was always a pleasure to run into, he had funny stories and always make me laugh. Frank would always go out of his way to talk and joke about the days at work once he reitred. Rest in peace dear Frank.

I worked with Frank at OPC.....where was a bit of a 'fixture' He was always happy to stop and chat. He could take and dole out a little teasing making me smile after each encounter. I have missed him since he retired. Hopefully knowing that he is missed by many will help during this this time. Janet
