Obituary of Peter Giesbrecht

Giesbrecht, Peter after a courageous battle with cancer with his wife by his side passed away at his home on Saturday, September 20, 2015 in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Helen (Thiessen) Giesbrecht. Loving father of Tammy Giesbrecht and Tim Giesbrecht and wife Chrissi and grandfather of Colton all of Aylmer. Also survived by brothers Ben, Isaac(Ann), Abe(Tina), John(Mary), Jake(Susan), sisters Helen Thiessen(Isaac), Aggie Miller(Bill), Nettie Peters(Bill), Lisa Maudsley(Shawn) and Tina Giesbrecht(Dave) and a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Chihuahua Mexico on August 5, 1959, son of Abe Giesbrecht and wife Maria of Menno Lodge, Aylmer and the late Aganetha (Bueckert) Giesbrecht(1991). Pete worked a Imperial Tobacco and the Ontario Police College. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the EMMC Summers Corners on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
