Obituary of Maggie Jenkins

Jenkins, Maggie It is with great and profound sadness we announce the death of our loving daughter Maggie Jenkins. Maggie passed away at Children's Hospital of Western Ontario on Friday, March 14, 2014. She lived on the family farm south of Belmont and was 12 years old. Beloved daughter of David and Maureen Jenkins and loving sister and best friend of Evan. Granddaughter of Moriyasu and Ryuko Higa, the late Harold and Audrey Jenkins. Dear niece of David and Carol Higa, Jim and Jeanette Jenkins, Jean and Bill Emmott , Nancy and Dwight Hargreaves. Dearly loved and greatly missed by her cousins. Maggie had a kind and helpful nature to all. She was a keen 4H Dairy Club member with a talent for training calves. Maggie was an avid Soccer Player. At South Dorchester Public School she was recognized by her fellow students with the "Citizenship Award" at grade 6 graduation. This continued in Grade 7 at Davenport with the "Acceptance Award" in February of this year. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Belmont United Church on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
