Obituary of George Buchner

Buchner, George Francis of R.R. #2 Springfield passed away at Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Sandra (Law) Buchner (2005). Dear father of Wendy Abell and husband Mike of R.R.# 2 Springfield and Sharon Peters and husband Travis of Texas. Loving grandfather to Christopher, Daniel, Markus, Faith, Rebecca, William, Lydia, Ethan and Andrew. He will be sadly missed by his sister Aletha Bradt and husband Ron and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Val Buchner and a sister Marie Barlow. Born in Courtland, Ontario on March 17, 1930, son of the late Kenneth and Mabel (Chipps) Buchner. George was a dairy farmer all his life and a member of the Springfield Baptist Church. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral will be held at the Springfield Baptist Church on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 11:00 am.
