I will always remeber when Uncle George came to our house on many occasions for a visit and he would always come through the door smiling. He would sit in the kitchen and always say "Tawny, come on over and sit on your Uncle George's knee. I would run over and hop up, and he would give me a great horsie ride , up and down on his knee. He would talk with my Mom, calling her "Dort" (which I never heard anyone else call her or get away with calling her), and if I had something to say he would always turn me and look directly into my face with his smile. If I had nothing to talk about he would always ask me what I was up to or doing lately to include me in a conversation. I will always remeber his unique laugh also. His kindness and inclusion of me as a child (and adult) will never be forgotten. Until we meet again, I will miss his kind, sweet soul.

George whom I always called Albert, grew up at the old Dunboyne Homestead and attended the Dunboyne S. S. 5 Public School. As a youth he always would go to the back of the farm to bring up the cattle for milking. Later it was added tobacco farming. As a youth he enjoyed skating and had a great singing voice. A kind and gentle man, so proud to call him my brother. Dorothy and Wayne and family.
