Obituary of Franz Enns

Enns, Franz passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, October 5, 2023 in his 78th year. Husband of Anna(Fehr) Enns. Dear father of Mary Fehr(Jacob) of Aylmer, Isaak Enns(Anna) of Taber, Alberta, Susana Wall(Peter) of Delhi, Anna Enns of Aylmer, Aron Enns(Linda) of Springfield, Franz Enns(Brenda) of London, Peter Enns of Brazil and Johan Enns(Nikki) of Thamesford. He will be missed by his brothers Isaak and Cornelius Enns and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Johan and Wilhelm and a sister Margaretha.  Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on December 17, 1945, son of the late Isaak and Maria(Rempel) Enns. Franz lived in Paraguay from 1972-1991. Upon coming to Canada, he worked with his family on local farms, later he worked at North Star Windows and Doors and then at Elgin Handles as a woodworker. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Bradley Street Church of God, Aylmer on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 11:00 am.
