Obituary of Lyla Jean Hilliker

Hilliker, Lyla of Chartwell, Aylmer passed away at her residence on Sunday, January 28, 2018 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of "Jack" John Franklin  Hilliker(2001). Dear mother to Kathryn Kent(Lee) of R.R.#1, Aylmer and Debra Ungar(Peter) of R.R.#2, Aylmer. Loving grandmother to Jamie Kent, Robin Kent(Ingrid), Peter A. Ungar(Lindsay) and Jackie Stockford(Mark). Great-grandmother of  Kiersten, Owen, Oliver, Maddison, Mackayla, Noah Jack and Katherine. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Carl, Bud and Bev Lewis and a sister Cora Byrnes. Born in Dover Township Ontario on July 24, 1924, daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Tinney) Lewis. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church. Friends may call at the  H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
