So very sad to hear of the passing of one of the most beautiful and caring people that we have ever known. I will always have memories of the snacks that Sofia would bake herself and bring out for all of us to enjoy. I recall my first year of priming tobacco with the horse and boat. I thought that I would never make it. Sofia came out with her baked goods and assured me that I would be OK, and she was right , as usual.
Sofia was an excellent neighbour and friend of our family for many years.
