She was a beautiful soul. So many hours spent with Marg when I was a teenager hanging out with Nikki. I always remembered her smile and her contagious laugh, and the way she would say "oh you girls!" when we did or said something she thought was ridiculous, which was likely often. Marg was an important parental figure for me as a teen. I am blessed to have spent so much time with her and Nikki during those years.
Sincerest condolences to all of those who loved her.

To Nikki and the Whitcroft family:
I have known Marg since the late 70's when I was first a patient of Dunc's, then a medical student and finally as a new doctor in town. Marg was the woman who gave me my start and helped me out so much at the beginning and through out my practice.
From the time she said 'Don't look out in the waiting room!" when she went for lunch during my first locum, to coming to my aid when I did not know a patient when she gave me sage advice, she was always there. Over the years we handled a lot of medical issues when Dunc was away and helped each other out with confusing situations. I always respected her advice and leaned on her to point me in the right direction. We had quite a few laughs and those fishing trips, I think we were the worst two
fisher ladies but we did not care. We just enjoyed the company. I was always glad to see her after she retired, usually having lunch with Dunc and his 'girls', that was a very elite club. I will miss her and extend to you my deepest condolences.
I will not be able to be there on Wednesday as I am out of town, but even though not physically present my heart will be there and I will be thinking of you all.

Marg was a nursing classmate of mine. She always loved life to the fullest and was popular with all. Because of that we chose her to be our valedictorian
Even though we had lost touch I cherish time with her. And by the way she always feel asleep in class with her head resting on my shoulder! I guess she got something out of those boring lectures.
Cherish the good times.
In friendship a kindred nursing sister

I'm so sorry for your loss Nikki.
I have so very many fond memories of Marg. As a child, I was always excited when she stopped by our house as I was eager to listen to all of her stories and loved listening to her laugh. She had a way of making me feel very "seen" when I spent time with her.

I’m so sorry to hear of Marg’s passing. She was such a part of my childhood and our family, when dad had his office at the house. As Kathy, Duncan and I were saying today, she, Percy and mom and dad are enjoying a cocktail at their heavenly Camp Percy tonight. Sending hugs of support and love to you all.

Dear Nikki and Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Marg’s passing. I have so many wonderful memories of my “ other Mom, big sister, confident.” When Dads clinic was at the house, I would often hang out with Marg in the office. If I had a bad day at school I would “ book an appt “ to see Dad through Marg and wait in his office. Marg was more than a nurse, she was a friend and member of the Sinclair family.
Our fishing trips with Dad and “ his girls” were always a highlight of my summer vacation. Never a dull moment with this gang.
I’m sure Mom, Dad, Marg and Percy are having a cocktail at their heavenly “ Camp Percy right now. Rest in peace my dear friend.
WYE
Kathy
