Obituary of Ruth Ann Tribe

Tribe, Ruth Ann of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, July 13, 2025. She was 97 years old. Beloved wife of the late Junior Tribe. Dear mother of Diann Luksa(Dave Brooks) of Oakville, Eileen Wereley(late Roy Book) of London and Judith Wereley(Mike Hamm) of Aylmer. Loving grandmother of Lisa(Larry), April(Zabi), Charlie, Jeff and Dan. Great-grandmother of Nicole(Norm), Austin, Ethan, Xander, Renee(Steve) and Hayley. Great-great grandmother of Jacob and Olivia. Sister of Ronald McPherson(Lil). She will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Jayson, great-granddaughter Aleesha and sister Beverley Allen. Born in Detroit, Michigan on April 8, 1928, daughter of the late Hugh and Beatrice(Farrell) McPherson. Ruth Ann worked at the White Jug Dairy Bar and Cy’s Bowling Lanes in Aylmer for many years. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday from 6-8:00 p.m.  The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
